Do you have a BS/BA degree in a human services field with experience working with the I/DD population with two years post degree experience with the I/DD population? If yes, we are the company for you! Life Alliance, LLC a provider of NC Innovations Services is seeking a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional/Supervisor to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and their direct care staff in the Wilkes and surrounding county area. This position's home office will be in North Wilkesboro, NC. Minimum educational requirements are a MS in Human Services or related field or a BS in related field with two years DD experience (current industry requirement is two years post degree experience)
The Qualified Professional is a clinical supervisor for the North Wilkesboro office serving Wilkes and surrounding counties. The position will be responsible for hiring, training and supervising a staff of Behavior Technicians/Contractors. Responsible for providing clinical oversight and review for a caseload of individuals with developmental disabilities. The candidate will develop and maintaining positive work relationships with clients, guardians, care coordinators and other stakeholders. All responsibilities are outlined in a detailed job description.
A Qualified Professional must have a MS in a human service field or a BS in Human Service or related field with 2 years experience with the I/DD population. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to evaluate and compile data for evidence based information, possess clinical knowledge of I/DD population in order to provide a person centered service experience.
